How to interpret Very high LDL and TC on rapa but with conflicted risk assessment?

Just did my LabCorp blood tests after 5 months of rapamycin (6mg weekly) and I get a very high LDL and TC
That’s very bad according to the standard guidelines but then they write Small LDL-P and LDL Size are associated with CVD risk, but not after LDL-P is taken into account and they put me at low CVD risk.

Does anybody has some idea on how to interpret that? Is is bad or OK after all. I have a hard time finding out serious reference material on the CVD risk assessment with LDL size etc…

Note that there are some people on the internet that say that LDL is not an issue as long as it’s good, large, buoyant LDL but a lot of people say any large amount of LDL is bad.
