This may not seem directly relevant to this forum, but having listened to it I believe it is relevant to any group of people committed to learning from one another and thoughtfully reconciling differing ideas among intelligent people.
Be a searcher, not an advocate: seek the explanation that best fits the evidence, actively look for what might disprove it, and be happy to revise your thinking as new evidence emerges.
When you disagree with someone it is worth trying to work out the basis of the disagreement. From that it is possible to learn.

I’ve only watched the first 10 minutes so far, but I can already tell this is going to be really good. I was mainly attracted because I was interested in the part about how to handle bad-faith arguments. But I quickly realized the whole thing was going to be gold.
