Under ideal circumstances we (most likely) would live longer, maybe much longer. The question remains - is it even possible to eliminate all negatives that so drastically affect our lives. I mean wars, crime, fraud, environmental factors that we created, and so on? When I was young, I was much more optimistic about everything. The question should be: how long can we live under ideal circumstances. On the other hand, who needs the answer?

There is an interesting question which is if we fix the standard aging pathway what else is there that will cause an issue. Possibly nuclear DNA damage which requires certain cells to be removed.

can you afford it?
Financial planning is a significant weak point for the vast majority of humans.
In Canada we do have a safety net for people over 65 but it’s not enough to “live” on. CPP and OAS is not enough.
Getting a job at 60, 65, 70, 80? yeah right LoL! see how that goes at 100. If you are struggling financially now, as you pass 60, it’s not going to get any easier.
Fortunately I’ve recently been introduced to something that will help me afford to live a bit longer in the style to which I am accustomed LoL!
