I recently started experimenting with a higher dose of mk7 based on what Bryan Johnson does with 600 mcg. Prior to that I was taking 100 mcg daily. My HRV typically tracks from 60-80 Ms on my Fitbit and has dropped to the 40-60 Ms range along with my average heart rate going up a couple beats per minute. I’m curious if anyone else has played with mk7 dosages and noticed something similar? If so did you notice any other changes?

Assuming you haven’t started anything else such as a GLP med, right? They can cause increased HR and decreased HRV.
No, I haven’t made any other changes. Thank you.
To me the most important mechanism caused by mk7 is increased mitochondrial efficiency. That will power up all cells and a higher RHR should be expected. I tend to take none or a squirt which is probably a lot. It tends to disrupt my sleep.

Always be careful to check which sort of K2 AIUI there are three different supplements available MK4, MK7 and MK9. In fermented foods such as cheese there is a much bigger range.
Yeah, I had seen you mention this before. It’s interesting, just curious if anyone else has seen the hrv changes I have. Thanks
