High-scoville chilli peppers (ghost/Haberno/Sichuan/Serrano peppers) for appetite suppression/longevity/HSP/etc?

I’m noticing that most of the sauces seem really weak and I should up my dose. It only becomes truly hormetic when you start to sweat and when resistance to spice correlates with resistance to other ailments like cold (ALL which are made easier by jhana states)

Even when my mouth could tolerate 2 million scoville peppers my gut never got accustomed to the heat and a lot of food went out undigested, besides the cramping. Eat hot peppers for party tricks or the endorphin but there are better ways to stay lean (get some muscle mass for instance)
