Help me with a short term healing/regeneration stack, yes, no, rapamycin

Hi all, I read often don’t post much. Looking for guidance re:tendon healing. For reference I have been taking rapamycin on and off for the past 3 years for longevity/cardiovascular protection, 3-4 mg every 2 weeks. I currently have a partial high grade torn gluteus medius tendon along with trochanteric bursitis which occurred in March. Did months of PT with no improvement and pain is becoming intolerable. I’m scheduled for PRP next week. I’ve determined to facilitate my recovery I’m willing to try BPC-157 and possibly thymosin Beta 4 frag 1-4 both orally. I have a medical background (MD/PhD) and am a bit wary of taking peptides listed for research purposes only and playing test subject esp with risk of angiogenesis where it is unwanted…

Question, continue rapamycin? Looking for literature regarding this topic and I’ve found mixed results. Best study in rats is this one. Any thoughts, WWYD

I have a torn psoas and have not gotten much help either. I can report BPC157 doesn’t do much orally. I don’t like to inject, so don’t know about that but have heard it works well.

My experience with PRP was great, but you need to find a good one to do it for you. I tried the cheap ones and it didn’t work at all. Everybody is offering this now.

You can rub it with 60 or 70% DMSO diluted with distilled water. Reduces pain and helps speed up healing. Also itches and burns and will make you smell bad. This is my best option at the moment, but my recovery is happening and the pain is better every day. Not what you describe. Good Luck,

I’ve heard subQ injections of BPC157 and TB-500 can accelerate wound healing. It might be relevant to your condition. There isn’t a whole lot of evidence on these two however.

I did find this:
“Ac-LKKTE, but not the parent TB-500, showed significantly increased wound healing activity compared to the control. These data suggest that the wound healing activity of TB-500 reported in the literature [10] may be derived from its metabolite, not from the parent TB-500 itself.” - Simultaneous quantification of TB-500 and its metabolites in in-vitro experiments and rats by UHPLC-Q-Exactive orbitrap MS/MS and their screening by wound healing activities in-vitro

The fact is you’re better off just resting, eating well and recovering. You can try these orally if you don’t want to inject.

I’m curious what else people would suggest here.

Magi-Complexx is a natural anti-inflammatory supplement developed by Organixx. It’s a combination of frankincense, myrrh, and turmeric iand is designed to support joint health, reduce inflammation and pain, and boost immune function. Available in capsules or essential oil. I used only essential oil combined with a carrier oil. It takes care of pain immediately after rubbing.

I would take Fisetin if rapamycin is stopped.

I’ve had a torn something on my left knee for over 3 years which reduced my strength of that leg by about 30%. Tried everything under the sun including RAPA (doses as high as 10mg weekly) and many peptides claimed to help with healing, but nothing worked (0% improvement) but wait there is more…Until about 3-4 days ago when I tried my first ever HGH at 2mg per day. It is the 4 day and can assure you that my strength is back to at least 90% and perhaps even same as before. It’s unreal the healing effects I’ve had including couple persistent scars in my hand that have been getting noticeably smaller. with each passing day. Third day i started 1IU in the morning and 2IU at night and intend to keep it this way for a while, but I might do 5 days on, 2 off.

So, skip any miracle remedy someone tells you (derived mainly from placebo effect) and go directly to what is known to work which is HGH. I’ve read numerous similar testimonials in reddit and other forums. I’m pissed as hell I did not start this about three years ago when I started considering it, and main reason was some nay sayers (there is those for anything) were saying that HGH has high risk of cancer. Upon more research and reading, it seems to be total BS at doses of 1-4 which is the only dose I’d consider, I’d never go higher than 4 since I don’t care to become a beast in the gym.

While my results were almost instantaneous (starting the second day when woke up) this could be that I might have been HGH deficient (my body was not producing enough, maybe? never did any test though) some people claim to start feeling the result after couple weeks, or even after a month or so. So depending on your condition and your specific situation you may want to be patient as the results may take a while.

Interesting. Where did you source HGH?

I had posted the contact info in the peptide forum couple days ago, but this is the one I used initially.

I’m currently using BPC157 and TB500 to recover from arthroscopic shoulder surgery (arthritis) and my arm healed much quicker than I expected. Of course I can’t say whether I would have recovered at the same rate if I wasn’t using these but it would be silly not to at least try. Might as throw the kitchen sink at it. I’m also on 2.5iu hgh

Good to hear, totally worth adding in. Where are you sourcing hgh? I’ve had 3 shoulder surgeries, healing is not easy so maybe the stack did play a role. Where are you sourcing your hgh and did you use oral peptides or did you do subcut injections near the site? Thx

You can keep asking until the cows came home, but the bottom line is no one will be willing to spoon feed you LOL. Get on google and start working/searching bud. If you want pharma HGH will need a prescription for it and few thousand dollars (like in $20,000 per year). If you want cheap HGH you can start by looking at these guys and do your own research. Most will be good/ok I deal with SSA and WBS mostly. Btw, you should keep in mind that there is always a possibility that you will get shafted by a China vendor, but it is very rare. The main one that was serving the community was QSC but they went dark and cold about 6 months ago. Many people got shafted, but I happened to be lucky. My last order with them shipped literally one day before they went cold. So enough with asking and start working LOL

These types of places can be good for GLP1s as well.

Yes, that is where I get all my GLP1’s and all my peptide fixes.

Yea man. Blew my mind when I realized you could get 10 or 20 vials of a peptide for the price people pay for 1 or 2 single vials on grey market websites, or for the price people are paying for 1 or 2 doses from prescription.

Big pharma (I use this term begrudgingly as I like pharmaceuticals) makes you feel like you need to be rich to live healthy, but then you can basically just have whatever you need at insanely cheap prices if you know where to look.

If you want those to actually work properly SubQ is the only way to go. The whole Oral thing with these is just a internet marketing ploy, make it easy for the masses and you can sell more. Who cares if it really works,“we” are making money!!! let the fake reviews roll in

Personally I care and only recommend SubQ.

Been using these 3 for 2 years consistently. All my old injuries are basically non-existent now and I recover like a kid. Current age is 69 and I can out work all my local peers and many of the youngsters

My 3 legged stool for longevity is;

  1. weight management with GLP1-RA’s - once a week
  2. healing with the BPC 157 + TB500 combo - every morning
  3. growth hormone, at a more youthful level, Ipamorelin + CJC 1295 noDAC - 5 nights a week

Then I do various cycles of different peps when I feel like it or when I get a new one in and want to experience it for myself before selling it.

Choosing oral over injectable is just for the people who are afraid of tiny little insulin needles

Thanks for explaining this to me Luke. I’ll have to “get over my fear” even though I inject people faces, sometimes including my own, with neurotoxin from a syringe and a 32g needle on a daily basis

I certainly wasn’t talking about you at all. I was making a general statement, and you’re the exception to that statement.

Oral bpc works best for gut issues, I hear . Injectable is what you want.

Or afraid of change and the unknown. Oral products are well understood by the masses, needles not so much. For many it can be a significant hurdle to overcome without someone guiding them through the process.

There is also a bit of a stigma with needles outside the clinical environment

But everyone of my clients that had a needle hang up are now wondering why they didn’t do this sooner
