Dr. Peter Attia states 1:30:59 The Drive – Rapamycin: longevity benefits surge in popularity - that it was the day before Christmas in 2014 that he received an embargoed copy of a paper by Joan Mannik & Lloyd Clickstein – the Study of Australian Senior Citizens Rejuvenation of the Immune System that challenged the very foundation of how rapamycin was seen.
Dr. David Sabatini says it was the first we have that you could rejuvenate the organ in a human being. Suddenly rapamycin could have a positive influence on immunity of aged persons.
Hahaha, that’s good. I thought since you were brave enough to inspire us with your ab pic I’d do my part as well.
Laughter is good for longevity especially being able to laugh at ourselves!
You look like the next cover guy for “Men’s Health” magazine! Jealous. Hahaha.
But seriously… I look physically younger and definitely feel it… no doubt it’s the rapamycin, TRT, Taurine and Acarbose. The rest is meh!
Also, I can’t say enough about the benefits of a good hour of muscle resistance at the gym every other day…
Truly don’t look any different over the past 4 years… and the older I get… almost 66 years… the more frequently I get questioned about my age reversal. Oh yeah!
Strong work @Danlalane and @Agetron! Let’s keep the momentum going in 2024. I took it easy today with 1.5 miles on the treadmill at an 8 degree incline but tomorrow I’ll be back at it hitting the weights.
