Has anyone tried algorx.ai for tests or medications?

Interesting new player in the market…
algorx offers 2mg sirolimus 30 count for $99 as of 8/2025. In the cart it’s $129 ($15 provider fee and $15 shipping fee, which puts it at from 0.6 to 0.456 mg / $. Claims to be “sourced from licensed pharmacies. Our lab testing is conducted through CLIA-certified laboratories, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and reliability. We also partner with fully licensed and board-certified physicians in every state we service, who oversee your care to ensure a safe, personalized, and effective treatment experience.”

They also offer other medications and tests (done through quest / labcorp). Some are competitively priced (compared to ultalabtests, which has some of the best I’ve seen).

Is that rapamycin from compounding pharmacies? If yes, then multiply cost by 3x. Not a fan of compounded rapa anyway. But the lab tests might be a good option to have.

Received today. Fulfilled by honeybeehealth pharmacy. Not compounded. Manufactured by Glenmark. Prior to receiving I asked the prescriber to confirm if it was compounded. Never received a response. Overall, I’d say this is one of the cheapest ways to obtain from a legit script/NABP source. Prescription says take 1-2 2 mg tablets weekly so 4mg / week. Total is 30 tablets so ~3 month supply.
