Harvard study of nearly 50,000 women over 30 years finds coffee drinking linked to healthy aging, longevity: It seems to offer ‘protective benefits’

It shocks me that tea and decaff doesn’t show any clear health benefits. Is this study worth listening?

Problem with “cups of coffee” is it’s not an objective measurement.

I know caffeine in the context of coffee has some benefits. I’m surprised decaf showed no benefit as I thought chlorogenic acid, likely present in decaf, had lifespan extension effects.

Evidence has been pretty consistent that coffee is good, though I think having it earlier in the day to stop disruption of sleep is key.
