Ghetto Walmart Version (over the counter) Protocol of Greg Fahy Thymus Rejuvination/TRIIMX Legit?

Go into a local Walmart(USA), all over the counter.
Many of us cannot get pharma grade hgh from pharmacy, or it’s too expensive if we could.
If anyone wants to shill a good supplier, then please: ?

Metformin is not over the counter. Berberine ok in it’s place?
Dhea is available. Ashwagandha might be another choice as it raises dhea, and also in protandim (and probably) the main player in that (5 herb blend) that tested good in ITP testing.
Dhea has shown to raise igf-1 levels.

Now you might be thinking “Buddy, wtf is going to replace hgh?”
INSULIN! Long acting or ultra long acting insulin.

Some research than seems to point to Lantus insulin (glargine) creating the highest igf-1 levels of various insulin’s.
It’s also much cheaper than hgh, and over the counter.

So, this makes the protocol newer (and cheaper) than Greg’s version since Lantus insulin came out in 2000, plus a lot of other added supps. Insulin might help transport these molecules better to various parts of the body (muscles, brain etc).
Better absorption perhaps and better longevity? I don’t know!

One could also keep in the pharmacy section and pick up whey protein powder, collagen, creatine, beta alanine, citrulline malate, taurine.
Make a nice high protein drink (40+ grams) with a meal. Maybe have 2 a day!

BE SURE TO READ ON INSULIN DOSING IF YOU NEVER DONE INSULIN BEFORE AS YOU CAN GET SERIOUS SIDE EFFECT(S).
No clue on the dosing for getting higher igf-1 levels or whatever. Maybe micro dose can help? Dosing appears to be all over the place.

Take other supps you can get from Walmart - melatonin, nac, glycine (collagen), Aspirin, astaxanthin, omega-3, vitamins & minerals berry extract, glucosamine, whatever, with the protocol.

#1 clue that you should not pursue this, since you have no clue how dosing works. I would try to understand first timing, administration, and dosage for diabetics to maybe get a base idea. I don’t know if people on meso rx still inject insulin for hypertrophy, but this could be another place to check.

But the best thing to do is probably not use insulin.

Thanks for your input. I’ve tried fast, short, long acting insulin in various dosages.
I was trying to be very cautious to anyone looking to try this, hence the “dosing appears to be all over the place”.
Did not want to recommend a dose and then someone gets any negative effect.
Have to use Google for that info, hence what you said for dosages for diabetics is good to learn from.
