Seems like many of his listed interventions have acute benefits but probably won’t alter the curve. Some like racetams and NDMAr antagonists may even be detrimental long-term re: excitotoxicity.
I think that NSAIDs (followed by micro-dose lithium) prob have the most solid evidence in healthy humans for preventing cognitive decline, partly due to the amount of historical data available. For NSAIDs, the trade-off is kidney + GI tox. Of course, if someone has hypertension or T2DM, fixing those would be low-hanging fruit.
What do you think is the best bet from a meds / supplements?
