Anyone a member of Genetic Lifehacks (https://www.geneticlifehacks.com/)? They provide analysis of your DNA data (from 23andme, ancestry, etc).
If so, would you recommend, or recommend against?
I’ve been reading the newsletter for years, and it’s got interesting and detailed information that’s customized for members. Given that the lifetime membership is a downright cheap $139, my main concern is that they do good analysis.
Anyone want to weigh in?
I’d spend more to get a full genomic test and then let ChatGPT do the full analysis at zero marginal cost.
Once you have genome analysis, my experience is that membership doesnt add much. Im also going to cancel Inside Tracker.
Most on this forum will know more than the average consumer.
I took my genome data and ran it through Promethase. I look at SNPs from time to time. I was slightly wary of adding any data to ChatG but then 23&me was hacked so nothing is that safe
