Injected peptides: 1mg to 10mg MOTSC. Dosing from 1x / wk at 10mg, to 1mg / day 5x week.

Methlene Blue. Wide dose range. Some say 15mg/day, continuous is good. Some say 7mg continuous but the Alzhimers prevention studies where at 15mg/day. Many experts give protocols and specific reasons for 30mg even higher but I would take their study and reasons into acount at 30+mg. It can be an antibiotic at some number 30+mg/day. This might be 50mg+. I stay 7-15mg/day.

Just read; high phenolic olive oil on a tablespoon / 3 hrs has a mitophogy effect and amplifies 12 hr fasting benefits. Something to add on your scenolitic period.
IMHO there needs to be more science in this mito-soup of nutricals area. Least of all how bad are your Mitos and what do they need??? I only know of a Mito function test by Chris Masterjohn Phd, $500 ish. My wife is considering. Weight loss, neuro function has a large mitochondria function.
