Here is a interesting study on conversion between everolimus and sirolimus. Can someone show me how I convert evorolimus dose to sirolimus and back again based on the data from this study

I don’t think that matters because according to Joan Mannick everolimus and rapamycin is equivalent, 5 mg everolimus is 5 mg rapamycin. In fact according to her everolimus might be a little potent. So it might be 4 mg = 5 mg.
