There’s more in the article, but the following is a table in the article.

What Would You Sacrifice for Longevity?

If a safe, FDA-approved treatment could add 10 healthy, high-quality
years to your life, what would you be willing to give up permanently to
access it? We posed the question to 1,000 Americans, who were directed
to select all answers that apply.

35% Alcohol
26% Social media
23% Sugar
22% Caffeine
18% Air travel
16% Retiring at planned age
15% Favorite food
15% Current career
13% Owning a car
9% Relationship/Partner

Some respondents, however, felt differently:
18% Wouldn’t make any permanent sacrifices
13% Wouldn’t extend life under any circumstances
