Effects of spermidine supplementation on cognition and biomarkers in older adults with subjective cognitive decline

It seems interestingly that ingesting it in food and taking it on its own has different effects - I read this from a paper recently unfortunately I don’t have the link. :frowning:

I stopped taking Double Woods Spermidine supplement after hearing NIA researcher Richard Miller mentioning how blood levels of mice had undetectable levels of Spermidine after dosing and increasing dose beyond start dose. That being said, I have started using Wheat Germ as an addition to my oatmeal for other nutritional benefits.

are you still taking wheat germ? What is your conclusion of it so far?

I shouldn’t post what I eat as is constantly evolving. I stopped eating wheat germ and most other wheat products when I started taking acarbose. The two didn’t seem to work well together. Too much gas etc.
