Add vitamin C supplement… to turn the dose from dark blue clear. Won’t stain your mouth… besides vitamin C is good for you… suppose to prevent cancers too.
Its an interesting thing. It implies that it is doing what is says on the label and increasing the ATP generated by cells including those in the heart. Hence your feedback systems are out of kilter and your BP goes up.
It would be a good experiment for people to do who take MB to measure their BP just before taking it and then every hour for the rest of the day. I would not be surprised if they saw the same effect.
It takes a while for the bodies systems of feedback to adjust to a more powerful heart.
Nah, I have done that because I read that somewhere. At the doses most people take (<30 mg orally), I don’t think most people will see any effect on blood pressure. There may be a few outliers.
