Does folic acid reduce life expectancy?

Summary: This study mentions that folic acid is also a growth stimulant and that it loses its function after maturation, and that mice fed zero folate diets had longer life spans. Their fur was more vibrant and black.

A confusing, unscientific article that doesn’t prove anything and doesn’t address causation vs correlation and is in mice not humans.

I’m going to agree with @KarlT on this. Leafy greens should be a staple of every longevity diet.
