This, while valuable, could be overwhelming. A huge job for you putting it together, and lots of stuff to read for those of us riding your coattails. Maybe each topic could be organized with a short conversational style paragraph to start. That could explain what the intervention is, whether it’s available now, or if not, its likely timeframe and roadblocks (which roadblocks would include potential side effects), and if available now, its accessibility, dosing method and costs. Then,some link or something connecting to your usual AI deeper dive if the paragraph is intriguing enough to draw us in further.

Kind of like you’re doing already, but with more emphasis on getting the basic info out there in a quick read.
