Arm hair I just plucked…almost 3 inches long.

The shippers know best, and will put the appropriate labels to ensure avoidance of seizures. A lot of vendors have made it known that there will be delays in shipping (longer routes), and in many cases tariffs will need to be paid, which will add to the cost of shipping.

Hair is thick everywhere on my head but the top… at 7 months.
I am hoping I get more hair growth on top of head by month 12.

I am more concerned about the delay, especially in the hot months. Unless customs opens your package and determines otherwise, the tariff will be assessed on the sender’s valuation of the goods. Since every supplier that I have used significantly undervalues the cost of the goods on the label, I don’t think the cost of the tariffs will be significant.
