Not comprehensively. I posted part of my breakfast (soup/slurry) at one point. But I’ve always been sensitive to the flavonol and polyphenol issues in general. Getting enough seemed very important, because if there was any validity in the idea that diet is perhaps the most important modifiable lifestyle intervention that had impact on healthspan and lifespan, then apart from not consuming the “bad” there had to be helpful nutrition and likely the polyphenols were a critical part of it - F&V are not just vitamins and minerals, there must be other molecules responsible for the positive impact of F&V to reach such an effect size.
