Here’s a rather provocative video, however these particular guys are not scammer influencers. There’s the claim that the body can be habituated to process fat along different pathways. If - the claim goes - you are on a generally Western diet, all the fats, including plant fats from flax, chia seeds, nuts, seeds, omega-3 fats tend to be go along one pathway of conversion involving a greater amount of arachidonic acid, higher amounts of which can lead to inflammation. If however you’re on a WFPB diet, the conversuon process is along a different pathway with less AA byproduct. However this takes time, so you must do a WFPB low fat for awhile to allow the body to optimize the plant conversion pathway before you can start eating a substantial amount of plant fats from nuts and seeds. I’m not sure about the validity of these claims, but it’s something to look into. FWIW:
