Anyone experience with or knowledge of rapa use with dermatyomositis ? Only found reference to a 2005 paper in this blog …

This seems more microbiome related than something Rapamycin could address e.g.,

Many thanks ! Very interesting also this very recent article; am trying to reading up on this and visited 7 rheumatologists so far ( and 4 other specialists) but no one has mentioned the gut : looking into this🙏
