Delivery device for Intra Nasal Insulin

This photo accompanied an article on intra nasal insulin. I would greatly appreciate it if anyone can point to where this can be obtained. There is no information in the article.

I have spoken to my endocrinologist who hedged saying that the evidence is “iffy” meaning no RCT but he said he had no problems with my taking it. And, a clinician/researcher who focuses on IN insulin said “keep taking it” – if I had a proper deliver device.

I am using Snoot bottles. They work but would like a device that more rigorously measures dose. Have been taking for about six weeks. My husband is now also using IN insulin. Neither of us feeling much of anything.

Any pointers/advice would be appreciated–

It’s a meme I read about on reddit around a decade ago and longecity that sounded interesting, is there even any clinical trial showing its efficacy?

New way of delivering insulin by a skin cream:

It sounds like it could maybe be used to deliver other compounds as well…

Great to see that new delivery systems or insulin to the PNS are on their way. But what I personally want is a delivery system that gets the insulin to the CNS, and right now there aren’t any.

The items in this photo are just a collection of devices for blood level / pin prick testing for checking blood glucose. I have this exact setup for physically checking my blood glucose levels (typically double checking the Continuous Glucose Monitor results.)

There is no insulin delivery system in that photo. Its just something like these below:
