Allulose is my preferred sugar alternative. There are studies showing that it actually tends to lower glucose levels after a meal in some cases. In my case, I’ve observed that it barely raises my post orandial glucose, almost like I had a high fat/keto meal. That’s been pretty consistent for me, I’m going on cgm data from the last 3 years.
