That’s about right if you are happy with your vendor. And yes, I haven’t had any problems with US customs.
My last order from Maulik (see trusted vendor thread) was $0.60 per 1 mg tablet and $30 SH.
What brand? I think generally Biocon Sirolimus is about $0.65 to $0.85 per mg, and Zydus around $1.10 per mg.

What is the status of Customs confiscations? I
Zero confiscations for me on last 20 packages, and very few if any from other people reporting in here (talking about USA based people)

I have had 2 confiscated over the last 3 . Curious if the Customs peops have a data base of addresses for previously confiscated shippers/receivers …to divert any additional repeats.
not in my experience. I had two shipments confiscated twice (meaning even the replacements) for a total of 4 shipments confiscated in 2024, and then I ordered over 20 packages in 2025 and all of them passed the customs, a 100% success rate in 2025. But I did switch suppliers in 2025.

the quote is from Jagdish. I was using another vendor but he doesn’t seem to be as responsive as he used to and the prices were a bit higher. I’ve read good things about Jagdish so going to try him and he accepts WISE which I used with the other vendor. But first I’ll check out Maulik before i order.

Based on my experience, it seems this is already in place.
I had a good experience with Jagdish earlier this year, took a bit to get through customs but arrived just fine.
I recently received an order from Jagdish and it was higher than this, but brand does matter. I paid $536 for 402 tabs, plus $36 shipping. This was for the Zydus brand, which now holds FDA approval, and was the more expensive option.
Jagdish was very responsive and easy to deal with. My order was shipped promptly, and tracking and updates provided. And no issues with customs. Overall, a pleasant transaction experience.

I was going to try jagdish but instead went with maulik who is also said to be good. although i don’t think he replaces items seized by customs as jagdish has been reported to do. maulik was very responsive to email(s) and was priced a good bit less than jagdish for the same order so decided to try maulik.
90 1 mg pills today cost $79
