Use a pulse ox to do it yourself by controlling your breathing. Watch the spo2 level. Get to and hold below 90%…if you can. Dont do it standing up or near water, if you know what I mean.
I actually think this might be dangerous. I only do it 1x/week while sitting in a chair I cannot fall out of.
@John_Hemming uses higher o2 (o2 generator) to get an O2 drop. That would be safer and more comfortable. I cannot speak to effectiveness.
I cannot isolate the effects of the o2 drip from other things, but it should work.
