Choline Supplement Experiences or Recommendations

When I look at my diet, I know I am not getting the RDA of choline. I have been on a caloric and time restricted diet for four months. My research has left me somewhat undecided which choline supplement would be best in my case. Alpha-GPC looks interesting for the potential cognitive enhancement and high bioavailability, but I do not know if this is the best approach.
Any experiences or recommendations would be appreciated.

A lot of people are reporting that increasing choline intake may cause depression or similar symptoms, so that’s worth knowing about, but it is just anecdotes.

Would it perhaps be better to supplement with some Lecithin?
