What could possibly go wrong🤔 (i have no idea but the more removed from nature our food gets the worse for health)

I don’t really understand their process. Coal supplies carbon, can yeast get nitrogen from the air or water?

You know, cattle and goats can make protein in the rumen from urea, which can be made from air and electricity (anhydrous ammonia). Hard to believe they can do it cheaper using yeast.

If the charcoal is activated, we can expect a reduction in greenhouse gasses from the cows, so maybe China is helping!
