As I previously posted my glucose levels did not change in any significant way.
The biggest changes were MCV and RDW.

Aging.AI and Levine are both formulaic calculators, so if you can find out which biomarker moved the most, you can then fiddle with it.
Hereās what I would do if you really want to know.
This will tell you the culprit(s) for the increase in age. It shouldnāt even take you that long either.
Your first line looks like RDW and the second isnt Rdw
Sorry, totally screwed that up!
Here are the actuall charts:
If MCV changes RDW will go up whilst it is changing. MCV problems could be a B12 shortage or copper depletion.
MCV can also be harmed (increased) by heavy alcohol consumption particularly alcohol consumption without copper supplementation.
It is possible that Rapamycin increases the requirement for B12. I would not be surprised if that were to be the case.
Do you find that your hands (or other parts of your body) tingle? If so that is quite likely to be a shortage of B12 (peripheral neuropathy).
Iām new to longevity goals (so I know very little) but my health stack been has been the following for quite some time:
NDT
Bio identical HRT
Melatonin
Lactoferrin
Multi vitamin/mineral & b-complex
K2 MK4
Methylene blue
Red light
True Dark blue blockers
Black out curtains
Keto diet
Sprints
Weighted vest
I would switch to MK7. MK4 has a very short half life.

Mk4 and mk7 do different things. I take both.
Thank you for the advice and link!
I have added creatine to my list. Iām not sure why I missed such an obvious choice. I also signed up for a year supply of Urolithin A. So I am in the army now.
Thanks, I will research the differences in what they do.
I wrote a blog post about K2 a couple of years ago.
This is not that tidy, but has lots of links to research papers.
What I would say about MK7, however, is that its effect on the mitochondria is probably the key thing.
MK4 is good for creating good quality bones.
Thank you! Iām mainly taking it for my bones but helping my mitochondria seems just as important.
I completely forgot to mention liposomal glutathione.
Nice health stack. What help has methylene blue been for you?
It seems for me the benefits are more energy and lower inflammation. I take a low dose of only about 1-2 mgs per day.
I also put it in my CeraVe lotion and that seems helpful-not miraculous but beneficial nonetheless.
Great info. Do you use a Rapamycin face cream or shampoo? I saw there were threads on those but I havenāt got around to reading them. Iām definitely interested in the toothpaste, Iāve had a ton of dental issues in the past.
Want to try to install it myself for my mother. Did you have to modify the fixture to be able to plug it directly to the outlet? Was it easy to mount it vertically instead of horizontally as itās supposed to be? Could you share more details about installation?
Do you find 25mg Acarbose prn effective? I see Bryan Johnson using 200mg bid
