I don’t know if this is the exact study but in mice rapamycin improved cardiac function by around 8% when started at around the human equivalent of 65 y/o whereas in the controls the cardiac function decreased 7% as they aged
What I’m interested in is to see if I can increase my max heart rate, my previous record in February this year was 185 bpm but to test this conditions need to be right (temperature) and I need to be well rested…
