I think he looks really good. He looks like he hasn’t age a day since he began this journey.
I agree. He looks really good. Why wouldn’t he? He spends all his time taking care of his body.
It was fashionable and cool to pretend he didn’t look good for a long period of time. Some of that internet hate for him has died down a little I think.
This list is several years old, before Blueprint, not 2026. Clickbait.
I don’t get that BJ does all that skin treatment and then adds dye to his hair
I guess he just wants to look his best. The good thing is he is honest about it. Same as Dave Pascoe who looks great in his 60s but admits he dyes his hair and beard.
I dont see many of the stuff mentioned here in his latest protocol.
He has swutched from baluga lentils to chickoeas.
Thanks for posting. I tried to find his protocol page recently but all the commercial stuff makes it hard to find.
Good to see, but quite sad that you have to go through such a platform to buy cheap generics. Thank god in the UAE and Turkey (and probably in many other countries) you can buy those without a prescription.
I bought a bottle of Amazon and taken 25mg every night for two weeks. I have had the best sleep for years, zero awakenings, 7-8 hours of uninterrupted sleep. I have tried a lot of supplements, from Melatonin,Gaba, Taurine, Glycine, Valerian just to mention a few, but nothing is more effective at improving my sleep than Diphenhydramine. According to Oura I have an average of 2.35h of Rem sleep and 1.20h of deep sleep with an average efficiency of 94%, simply crazy for me. After reading about tolerance buildup and links to dementia, I simply hope that 25mg won´t be harmful ?
Might be tretinoin? I’ve heard it mentioned with dry eyes.

You have to wonder… perhaps too much 5-MeO-DMT removes all boundaries and guardrails.
But, this is a good idea to point out:
[Vaccinations]
- HPV (9-valent)
- Hepatitis B
- Hepatitis A
HPV-related mouth and throat cancer is now more common than cervical cancer in the US. Cases roughly tripled from 2000 to 2017, and oral sex is the main way it spreads. About 80 million Americans currently have HPV.
I’ve gotta say, I love he went there!
One step towards normalizing these conversations for the yutes!
He has been going there a LOT though. It’s a bit much lol…
Cetirizine has a similar effect to me. I don’t like using antihistamines for sleep long term though, I know they are not good for neurotransmitters.
Is it the reduction of histamines that improves sleep or some other mechanism?
Quercetin is meant to reduce histamines as well.
Yes, If used too close to the eyes it can damage the meibomian glands so that would be my first guess considering that he uses it a lot. I’m not sure how close to the eyes he uses it though.
The Doctor Who Helped Build Bryan Johnson’s Blueprint Has a List of Dos and Don’ts for Longevity Hackers
Oliver Zolman, the medical mind behind Bryan Johnson’s Blueprint, reveals why most longevity advice is ‘biohacking theater’ and shares 2026’s essential dos and don’ts for real health span.
I get his newsletters from time to time. This one came yesterday:
“ Hi ,
Today in Lesson 3, we are looking at the most important timeline of your life…
Have you heard of LEV?
It stands for Longevity Escape Velocity. It is the exact point in time when health technology advances so fast that your healthspan gains at least one year for every year you are alive.
Experts predict we will reach LEV between 2029 and 2033. But there is a catch: Who will this apply to?
Your exact longevity strategy depends entirely on your current risk category:
- Low Risk (Under 40): Achieving LEV may be likely(?), and mastering the foundational Level 1 protocol may be sufficient for now.
- Moderate Risk (Age 40-60): You are starting to leave the foot of the curve of all-cause-mortality rates due to ageing. Achieving LEV is unclear, and you will likely need an aggressive mix of Levels 1, 2, and 3 .
- High Risk (Age 60+): You are fully into exponential aging. Reaching LEV will be hard, requiring highly aggressive, experimental measures to survive.
No matter your age, you need a precise strategy to stay ahead of the curve.
Tomorrow, I’m going to show you why a lot of the “longevity” advice online is actually scamming you out of reaching that goal.
Dr. Oliver N.G. Zolman MBBS BSc”
