These are spectacular results.
People really still think combining a lot of longevity interventions simultaneously “cancels each other out”?

I don’t think that. However, I think a mechanism is necessary
Looking at the details
HbA1c is not nanograms per decilitre. He has 4.5 which is probably 4.5% I have 4.7%, but am chronologically a lot older.
He is quoting 0.1 mg/dL for CRP. That is 1mg/L
Lots of people on this forum do better than that. My own is below the measureable limit of my best lab which is 0.15mg/l or 0.015mg/dL.
On the other hand I am an intermittent binge drinker and my sleep is not as good as his.
Also I have not been to the gym for about 6 months although I have an exercise frame I use by adding 10kg to my legs and doing a small amount of chinups.
I don’t use botox.
His BP is really good. I have to be really drunk to get a BP as good as that. Yesterday going to bed was 110/68-54. His was 107/72. Mine is not as good on systolic, but better on diastolic, but I was really quite drunk. I had 1 bottle of red wine and a few pints of beer and some port and rum.
I think I prefer my life (age 64).
Those are indeed excellent numbers. Where does he get his labs done? I haven’t followed him, did he publish his “before intervention” numbers? Interesting that he got the ApoA1 tested but not the ApoB. Going by the numbers, hard to argue that he isn’t doing something right. Of course how much is diet, exercise, sleep lifestyle factors and how much the supps/pharma, and trying to chase down individual components. But yeah, numbers off the chart. Will be interesting to see how this holds up over time. Good for him.
His Apo A1 isn’t that good. Nor is mine although my last result was lower than his. (172.9)
Eh? How is that not a good ApoA1 number? Depending on the range of his lab, this is a very good number. In fact I prefer his number to mine, which is 212 mg/dL, flagged as “HIGH”, range 104-202 mg/dL tested at UCLA, ARUP Laboratories. I wish mine were 174. I prefer not to have my labs flagged.
73-186 (mg/dl) is the optimal range from my lab.
As @John_Hemming noted, his hsCRP is very bad (considering everything he’s doing). There must be an issue with the unit.
This would mean a lab that is more accurate than the best I have found in the UK.
I am not saying that is impossible, however,
What is clear is that there are typos in the results. Such as HgbA1c.
For sure, otherwise he wouldn’t say “lowest 10%”. Sloppy.
CRP does tend to be quite high. (depending on age).
These are spectacular results.

I’d argue ‘having hundreds of millions of dollars’ is his most effective therapy. Combines nicely with just about everything.
Well spotted with the hsCRP units. Though maybe he mixed them up because both are frequently used.
I would be surprised his inflammation would be that high with the results of all the other biomarkers
Though unlikely, it’s still possible that some longevity interventions are cancelling each other.
These lab results don’t exclude that possibility because they reflect only some of the DOWNSTREAM CONSEQUENCES of aging, but not the aging process itself. They could also be achieved without any longevity interventions by following the healthy lifestyle advice we have known for 100 years (albeit taken to the extreme).
For example, centenarians often have perfect hsCRP and inflammation yet they still clearly age and are not immortal. We unfortunately don’t have robust biomarkers of aging just yet.
It is what it is.
What’s weird is that if he’s at 0.1 mg/L then surely that’s better than top 10% and more likely top 1%. From what I remember in women the top quintile is at 0.7 mg/L.
No apoB and top 5% LDL-P if it’s like apoB atherosclerosis and events can still occur.
Friends - I have the best biomarkers in the world. I am the healthiest person on the plant.
I am fitter than most teenagers. My skin is smoother than that of women in their 20s who obsess over theirs. I have more stamina in bed than men in their 20s. I have better health markers than any hater, health influencer and anti-aging doctor and scientist.
My mind is sharper than it’s ever been. My mental health is at its peak. My protocol - which is loyal to data and science - is better than any big-money influenced government guideline or pseudoscience social media fad. Blueprint is the new standard
This is not usually how he writes. He seems manic…
Manic, or just like he’s getting higher on the scale of narcissism? Sometimes social media ‘success’ can increase narcissistic traits.
Night time erections. 3 hrs 8 mins. Now who is testing him for this? Is he watching porn. LOL
There are many devices to measure nighttime penile tumescence. See for instance (NSFW ): https://images.app.goo.gl/mWye28iWuWwV16Fm7
He has so much stuff on his website(s) it is difficult to tell what is driving what.
His numbers look pretty fantastic. Does anyone have a list of what he is doing/taking to drive each of these? For instance, how is he getting his HbA1c so low, test so high, VO2 max so high?
Without a specific mapping of what is driving what it is difficult to do much with this info and looks more like a brag sheet and then a list of 1000 things he’s selling.
