Don’t have sleep apnea, obviously. I wonder about the effect of nasal breathing during sleep.
I lowered mine via nasal breathing at night (mouth tape, at first) plus co2 tolerance drills (exhale breath holds 3x30 seconds with 1 breath between reps) and shallow breathing to hold spo2 <90% for 3-5min. CO2 tolerance training might (or not) have other benefits but don’t do these near water or anywhere where passing out would be dangerous.
