I was wondering if you have noticed any changes to your personal biology since starting your bio-hacking experience?
I had one this morning that I thought I would share as it was completely unexpected.
Normally, I get canker sores regularly. When I started Rapamycin it became even more regular. It was especially true if there was some trauma to my inner mouth lining (such as biting my lip while chewing).
Well, yesterday I was having lunch, and I bit my lip quite badly. I had to apply a tissue to staunch the blood flow. While I was sitting there, I was thinking about the horrendous canker sores I’d have to deal with for the next couple of weeks because every time in the past, a bleeding lip bite would develop canker sores 100% of the time.
Except this time it didn’t. I woke up and the bite marks were mostly healed. I’m not sure if this is due to Rapamycin, taurine, or any of the other interventions I am doing, but it sure was unexpected! Maybe the viral load in my body has decreased? On further thought, I also realized that it had been quite a while since my last canker sore. At least not since I started taurine.
The second biological change I have noticed is that my joints crack and pop now. They never did in the past. I am not sure if this is good, bad, or neutral. It started with my finger joints, then eventually my neck, then spine, back and hips. They usually crack after I have been sedentary for a long period. Again, I am not sure what is causing this, but I never used to do this before and it started after taking Rapamycin and has progressively become more frequent. Yet, it is not annoying or painful. Just strange. Does anyone here know what this is related to or have any more information about it?
The final biological change is due to Rapamycin. That is the “Euphoric fatigue” and now just “Euphoria” or “Being Energized” feeling since I have started taking taurine. Personally, I love this change!
I’m sure my body has changed in other undetectable ways - some good, some bad. These are just the ones that pop out at me. (Along with higher LDL and HBA1C)
