Are there other options available for sirolimus that do not involve titanium dioxide nanoparticles?

Based on my research, titanium dioxide nanoparticles can be harmful, particularly regarding their long-term health effects when present in the bloodstream. The European Union has banned titanium dioxide due to valid health concerns. However, despite these issues, the FDA has yet to impose a ban on titanium dioxide. As you may be aware, it can be difficult to place full trust in the FDA’s decisions in the United States.

What is other options? seem like 2 brands from India (Bicon and Zydus) both are usinsg TiO2 :frowning:

I’m curious whether we could use pure powder and mix it with DMSO for better bioavailability. Similar to fenbendazole, it can’t be taken on its own; we need to combine it with either DMSO or fat.

if the net effect is better, for now, people will keep taking it.
