Just FYI. I have not really followed A Huberman but wondering if you think this book is worth the $35.00 preorder price?

No. It couldn’t more than a summary of stuff he read on the internet. He has a lot of followers who want specific recommendations on behaviors that had at least one test showing some value.
Just my opinion.
