Interesting article I am 54 years old. Already have RA in the spine as well as hips and fingers. Might be time to start Acarbose. Interestingly I tried a carnivore diet for a month a year or two ago. It was noticeable that my arthritis symptoms were greatly reduced while I was on it. I didn’t think carnivore was sustainable for me personally and probably not a great option for longevity.
