Herein Lustgarten relates AGEs to high blood glucose, poor kidney function and a poor gut barrier. He then links to another of his videos that makes the case that the gut barrier can be improved by omega-3 intake, higher soluble fiber (maybe keto diet too), and high vitamin K1 intake.

His answer to getting a high K1 intake: parsley (by far), spinach, beet greens, dandelion greens, and a few others. I immediately made some (parsley) chimichurri after watching :slight_smile:
