I have been taking nattokinase for some time already. Noticed reduction of my BP.

I made a mistake when I bought mine. I have learned that nattokinase has to be taken in a capsule, that is resistant to the acidic environment on the stomach. Now I take 20 000 IU and I hope that some of it can get pass the acidic environment.

I wonder if you have used different brands? And if you have, then I wonder if you have a favourite?

Have been taking daily, now taking 18000FU{6 x 3000FU softgel capsule’s].
