- Exercise. He runs, a lot but strength training now because ankle injured
- Fasting once a week - my own review of the studies here does not point to strong support for once weekly fasting.
- Socializing at work, or just having social activities and friends in general.
Meh. Not much in the way of data to support the ideas in the article at least.

It is nice of them to publicly reveal that nothing they do or publish is worth paying any attention to.
No supplements, but we don’t know if he’s on any medication. Strong chance he is taking medication to control LDL and/or glucose levels.
