There is supposed to be 7-tablet versions available (rather than 30). I haven’t been able to find a supplier yet. This would make storage / preventing waste a little easier…
Are his prices for real? $4us for 100x 5mg tadalafil? That’s crazy!
Yes, and on my first order from another vendor, the vendor threw in an extra 100 as a bonus.
A recent quote from Maulik:
Please find the quote as below
Tadalafil 5 mg - 15$ / 300 tablets
Dutasteride 0.5 mg - 15$ / 300 tablets
Shipping to USA - 20$
Total - 50$
Are they legit? This price almost seems too good to be true.
They are legit. I’ve ordered from them as well a couple of times. Maulik is my source for Galantamine.
Hell yea man. This changes everything. I made a small order to test it out.
This earlier posted Open Access paper is now available:
The lifespan-extending MEK1 inhibitor trametinib promotes regulation of de novo lipogenesis enzymes by chaperone-mediated autophagy
In this paper we show that inhibition of the MEK/ERK cascade, by Tram, diminishes at least five enzymes involved in hepatic de novo lipogenesis (DNL), and does so via a non-transcriptional process. We show that Tram treatment enhances CMA in mouse liver and cultured cells, and that augmented CMA is sufficient to explain transcription-independent downregulation of DNL enzymes. Levels of these DNL enzymes are also downregulated in young adult mice by Aca, Cana, and the CR diet. CMA-mediated alteration in protein levels may be an important non-transcriptional regulator shared by several models of slower aging in mice, and may play a role in lifespan extension induced by Tram on its own or in combination with Rapa.
A quick look on IndiaMart shows prices have come down considerably… anyone trying this?
No reports yet. See here for the issues: A Combination of Rapamycin and Trametinib Extended Maximum Lifespan by up to 35% - #154 by RapAdmin
My guess is that a week outside the refrigerator just reduces efficacy, a .5mg dose becomes only .25mg or something like that
That may be true, but most shipments from India (in my experience) take 2 to 3 weeks, and we really have no clue how well stored the product was in India (famous for its 100 degree + weather during many months of the year)…
Research on Trametinib for stomach and esophageal cancer is proceeding at what seems like a snails pace. It is likely to be quite effective for treating pre cancerous lesions, but it is not considered ethical to give cancer drugs to people who do not have cancer yet. Of course waiting for an adenocarcinoma to treat may be too late. Vanderbilt University is taking the lead on this and has a lot of good info.
Apparently the side effect risks of Trametinib are taken very seriously—even for only a two week course.
