Well, specifically the OP posted a photo his hand claiming it dewrinked it. I don’t know what he is trying to sell here.
Yeah, it’s literally a worm study I don’t get why so many commenters on this acting so excited about it.
I’m not selling anything don’t be weird about it.
First worm study ever done on a molecule that produced 268% lifespan increase.
I am with @AustraliaLongevity on this. You are embarrassing yourself by attacking him in the way that you are doing.
Any news? It’s way more than 10 days.
Yea sorry Ora had some delays and they’ve been busy. It should be this Monday but I don’t want to make any promises or announcements until it is out.
Obviously I can add the results to my web page any time, but the BSRA conference is Weds-Fri and I can take an addendum sheet on the results.
An addendum sheet would be good.
If it were in my control I would have had the data out already. It is what it is unfortunately. Hopefully Monday is an accurate date.
UPDATE:
The lifespan results for 150uM and 500uM are finally out. Unfortunately it isn’t good.
It may be that between 150uM and 500uM is the sweet spot but for now we’re going to move on from worms.
So What Now For IPAM?
The compound IPAM has been registered on the DeSci crypto platform Pump Science which uses trading fees to fund worm, fly, mouse and human studies for lifespan and other effects.
The worm study on Pump Science yielded approximately 10% lifespan increase at 30uM. While modest it is interesting to see. It is not the impressive 268% we saw in rotifers.
But what is important here is data, and where we plan to go forward with the molecule.
I’m not the person who made the token, but I’m working in collaboration with the token creator to help push this molecule forward properly because I think it deserves it.
It may be that it performs well in rotifers, terrible in worms and will perform decently in flies and higher.
Luckily with the way Pump Science is structured I no longer need to ask you to donate money to fund these studies, because I honestly would not expect many people to put money into something with these results and I wouldn’t blame you for refusing.
In addition to lifespan effects I’m sure you’ve seen my interest in healthspan effects and other benefits that IPAM may have for humans. I’m in contact with people at Pump Science and it is indeed possible for some interesting studies to be funded using the platform, but I think focusing on getting lifespan data in these other species first is paramount.
If there were any particular things people are interested in seeing please comment below. I’m personally interested in seeing its ability to youthen the skin, as well as its potential for hair regrowth/hair loss remedy. But there is also performance enhancing, fertility and more.
I’m planning on doing an X Space with the token creator at some point discussing the compound, the results and the future of it. I’ve also requested to do a similar discussion with someone from Ora Biomedical as well as Burkhard Poeggeler who did the original 2010 rotifer lifespan study.
I appreciate everyone at Rapamycin News donating to this study. It was really inspirational to see people work together to make this happen.
If anyone has any questions they would like to have asked by me to these guests in these X Spaces please post them below.
Just so this doesn’t get lost in that massive wall of text:

If there were any particular things other than longevity people are interested in seeing studied on with IPAM (skin youthening, hair growth, muscle growth, fertility, etc.) please comment below.

Looking at worm issues at BSRA it strikes me there seems little conscious control for starting mtDNA. As that should have a big effect on lifespan it strikes me as an aspect of testing that needs attention.
Anyone still taking this?
I’m still taking this.
What’s dose and effect? I’m going to buy some and test on myself
I take between 2-3mg per day from a liquid dropper (hence the range). I haven’t noticed any subjective change nor positive impact on my exercise performance. I think it’s subtle, like the glacial process of ageing.
I think it’s important that on both species the effect is in the same direction, suggesting likely benefits in higher life forms. I still have it in my fridge and have been too chicken to take it after a convo with ChatGPT simply because I’m still nursing my baby. Otherwise I’d be taking it already. For now I might just use it in my skincare concoctions with DEP.
If you’re willing to do before and after pictures of skincare use that would be good to see. Seemed to work quite well on my hand.
Your hand results looked great. Problem is I’m doing a lot already to my skin so not sure how to isolate results. I may do what you’re doing and take pictures of both hands before, then scoop out some of my favorite moisturizer to add the IPAM to, while using the rest of it as the “vehicle.” And with that do a split hand experiment.
How much IPAM powder did you add for the topical formula? You wrote that it was “a bunch“. Thanks!
