21 Year Old Female on Rapamycin for 7 months

Advanced glycation end products accumulate throughout life and are a secondary cause of aging, affecting risk for cardiovascular disease, skin aging, kidney function decline, and contributing to how old you look. For myself, if I was in my early twenties and starting to think about future aging, I think a couple supplements to counter glycation might be a first pick.

Tween 80 (Polysorbate-80) and PEG4000 are emulsifiers. That couldn’t be good for the mice, especially not for their intestinal flora.

If these are IP (intraperitoneal injections), I don’t “think” the drug should get into the intestine… unless the injection was misplaced or misinjected into the intestine instead of the cavity…
