Within this i think encouraging extra mitophagy is good (SOX2), but the other Yamanaka factors raise questions. This experiment will inform us. There are lots of doubts about the effects of Yamanaka stimulation.

I thought I would get a chatGPT deep research on this. I have downloaded that to PDF and attach it to this message.

David Sinclair’s information theory of ageing and Yamanaka-factor rejuvenation in mammals chatGPT.pdf (192.6 KB)

Summary:My (chatGPT) overall judgement is this. ITOT is an important and productive hypothesis, but not an
established general theory of mammalian ageing. The evidence is strong enough to justify serious
work, but not strong enough to demote other ageing mechanisms to secondary status.
