So be a vegetarian and exercise. Activity is funny that way; you can do it when you are healthy, but when you are not healthy, it’s not so easy. For example, Mike never had a hip replacement, and I’m glad he didn’t, but for those that have, it becomes difficult for them to walk about, and then they gain weight, and then they develop metabolic syndrome.
As far as vegetarianism, there are others that claim a strict carnivore diet has helped them.
I don’t like n=1 but I don’t like modern bs research.

May be his diet and lifestyle contributed to the fact that he didn’t need a hip replacement. What he did was definitely right because he reached 103. But I know what you mean, it’s difficult to start when you’re already overweight with metabolic syndrome. Prevention is everything. Start early, live longer.

I like the guy and believe he cured himself. WFPB and exercise is a great 1,2 punch.

I found the ads and the way the article was formatted to be very frustrating. Hard to read. The amount of life he added with his good advice was subtracted by the irritation of reading the crappy format.
