Yeah, it appears many people can handle melatonin in large dosages without issue.
I was searching about this also.
My best guess is that it could be lowering a chemical for day time energy, and it appears to be dopamine at this time.
Melatonin–Dopamine Interactions: From Basic Neurochemistry to a Clinical Setting
Thank you. I did not know that CYP1A2 metabolize melatonin. It might explain why I have a hard time finding a good way to use melatonin. I am a slow metabolizer.
CYP1A2 is also the main enzyme that metabolize caffeine. Which means that some slow metabolizers can have up to 15 times more caffein, than fast metabolizers, from their morning coffee, in their bodies when it is bedtime. An Ai calculation.
If I get a similar effect from melatonin? Then It is no wonder that I have struggled with how to dose melatonin.
What dosage taladafil do you take and when?
Not a drug or supplement, sadly, but endorsed by Roy Hood.
If you have not done so, I recommend Attia’s recent podcase on AD and cognitive impairment. It is replete with information of potential relevance to your case. It also disrupts a few common misperceptions about the status of current pharmacological interventions.
This is the one; however, most YouTube versions are introductory teasers but occasionally the member only podcasts are opened up. It looks like this one might be. I listened to audio only when I was traveling so missed some details.
