Using Rosemarinic acid for deglycation

You need to be careful with the terminology here. I think you are confusing the meaning of the word deglycation.

Deglycation is not slowdown or inhibition of glycation. Deglycation means reversal of glycation. Glycation can be slowed down or inhibited and there are several compounds that can do that, to a small degree indirectly at least, but almost no compounds can actually reverse glycation. As an example, rosmarin was mentioned above. Rosmarin can likely slightly inhibit glycation but it’s very unlikely that it acts as a deglycating agent and is able to reverse glycation.
