Are there any specifics concerning stopping rapamyacin (Sirolimus)? Do you have to wean away are can you just stop? Just ordered my first shipment of Sirolimus and plan to start out at 1mg per week and increase 1mg each week till up to 5mg per week. Can one stop taking Sirolimus cold turkey with no ill effects?

You can just stop anytime. Rapamycin has a very long half-life (around 60 to 70 hours for most people), so it takes a week or so to completely leave your body. See the dosing information here: What is the Rapamycin Dose / Dosage for Anti-Aging or Longevity?
