Some Supplements - More harm than good?

I agree with him about most of the ones he says to avoid too much of. I have not really looked that much at folate, however.

Good video but I’m still convinced CoQ10 & PQQ are good supplements to take. Can’t argue with the rest though.

Also, I really like Dr. Stanfield. I ordered his MicroVitamin before so I have access to his discord group. He makes himself accessible and answers questions there. I can tell you he is genuinely a good doctor with no alternative agenda and has no problem saying he doesn’t know the answer to certain questions when asked.

We can disagree with the man but let’s not attack his moral character. He has good intentions.
